About Us
Welcome to Recogin – Representing Ghanaian Organizations in the Netherlands
Recogin (Representative Council of Ghanaian Organizations in the Netherlands) is a vibrant and fully-fledged umbrella organization that proudly represents over 70 active Ghanaian organizations and clubs throughout the Netherlands. We are dedicated to fostering unity, promoting cultural heritage, and empowering the Ghanaian community in the Netherlands.
Our mission is to serve as a unifying platform that brings together Ghanaian organizations and clubs residing in the Netherlands.
We aim to strengthen the bond among our community members, celebrate our rich cultural heritage, and address common challenges collectively. By promoting collaboration and cooperation, we strive to amplify our collective voice and maximize our impact within the Dutch society.
Advocacy and Representation: As the representative council, we advocate for the interests and rights of our member organizations and the Ghanaian community at large. We actively engage with governmental bodies, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders to ensure our voices are heard and our concerns addressed.
